BOOKING POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please let us know at least 3 hours before.

 

 We require a deposit to secure your booking, if you are unable to attend please let us know 

either email or phone. Failure to do so will cause your deposit to be non refundable. If your appointment needs

to be cancelled for any unforeseen circumstances we will contact you at least 3 hours before to rearrange

to a time that works for you.

If you would like to have an after hours appointment please request through our booking system or phone on 01353 661188, once you have put your request through, we will let you know if this is confirmed. Payment is required after booking has been approved to secure your booking.
